If a circuit breaker trips often, try to use different outlet for this appliance that has cause this issue or consult with an electrician. Never replace a circuit breaker or fuse with a higher rated one because this can cause overheating and fire.

Electrical outlet issue. A sparking electrical outlet can indicate a short circuit, water exposure or aged equipment.

Lights, light switches or outlets are not working. Lights are not working, it could be a light fixture itself, or just a light bulb, but it could be also a wiring issue. If you replaced the bulb, and it is still not working, call an electrician. Light switches or outlets that work only intermittently or not working at all. The wiring may be loose or the switch/outlet may be broken, and need a replacement.

Burning odor/sparks issue. If you see sparks from outlet or any electrical devices; or notice a burning odor, immediate turn the power off at the breaker box and contact an electrician.
